We started this series with 52 dogs. Dog #46, T Bone was our first running dog and he came to the line at 10:08 am. Things are running pretty smoothly, and we are seeing some really good runs. Dog #3 just completed this series to allow us to start the Gun Change at 12:16. We completed 16 dogs in 2 hours 8 minutes which averages out to be about 8 minutes per dog.
As you are looking at the blog, you may notice the bucket in some pictures of the line. Handlers may elect to hold on to the retrieved birds, put them in the bucket to be hung later or put them directly on the bird rack. These are options to protect out judges and follow COVID protocol.
