The clouds are nearly gone. Those remaining provide little relief from the 83 degree temps. The water blind should be welcome to the dogs. The winds area still southerly, but yet gusty.
Starting with the last gun change at 11:35 am, the wind has slowly picked up out of the east. This is pushing some of the dogs to the right on the long middle retired bird putting them on the wrong side of the guns. Most dogs quickly recover.
The work on the right retired is still pretty much the same. A lot of dogs go under the arc of the bird. Some hunt deep before recovering and other just quickly adjust.
The temp is 77 degrees with sunny skies and the wind coming out of the east 5 - 8 mph.
We will be right back with dog # 41.
