1st Series - Gun Change

Our first gun change came at 9:25 am after dog #20 received a no bird on a still flopping flyer.

We started the day with Bess, our female test dog at 6:58 am. She got a no bird and went back to in the blind and came right back out at 6:59 am for her test. It took Bess 6 minutes 28 seconds to complete the test. She had to get a few whistles from handler Mark Littlejohn. Our second test dog Shooter with handler Larry Vaske came to the line at 7:06 am. It took them 5 minutes and 15 seconds to complete their test.

Dog #1 Blue, our first competing dog came to the line at 7:27 am, and this started the 2020 NRC Championship.

So far we have had 7 no bird with 5 of the dogs already having their re run. We had one dog #8 break.

The weather is producing a warm, sun shiny day with an afternoon temp being in the low 80's!

Time permitting, the callbacks will be given at the 1st Series test site and we are hoping to get in the second series.
